Traffic and Transportation in Ha Giang during the Buckwheat Festival:
On November 8, 2019, the Traffic and Transport Department approved decision 231/TB-SGTVT prohibiting specific motorcycles (public works motorbike and motorbike specialized for forestry activities) on national roads 4C, roads towards the national flag tower Lung Cu and Yen Minh – Mau Due – Meo Vac road (provincial road DT 176) from 0:00 on November 14, 2019, until November 17, 2019. During these days, trucks transporting oil and gasoline and trucks weighing more than 8 tons are also prohibited.
